I can’t contact adobe because it says to reach out to my “admin” or “IT” but I don’t know who that would be since I registered with UCF. There are people more than just professionals and rich guys!

Apparently that’s not enough profit, so our monthly fees for creative cloud are increasing 100% ! Plus i cannot see my plans or anything else about my account on website neither. I’ve now experienced TWO price increases in TWO years!

I don’t have access to your account and i don’t know why you failed to see a price increase after your first year. Just got my annual prepaid creative cloud price increase of 50%. The Photoshop single-app also can be purchased month-to-month, whereas the Photography plans cannot. That leaves 2 single app plans for Illustrator (each with 100Gb of cloud space) 2 all apps plans + 2 acrobat plans would be the least expensive. If the currency exchange was not the reason for this outrageously dramatic price increase then what is the reason?

No doubt within the next 6 months Adobe will be left in the dust as their current AI offerings are quite basic and clunky. The new pricing is rediculous – ‘bye Adobe!

In the future, and for others, purchases from non-adobe vendors carry significant risks. You can ask questions in the adobe forums. After many years of using Adobe products, this is truly unfortunate and sad. I’m extremely disappointed with Adobe. It has been active since 2021, and you will continue to be billed monthly, sun112. You do not need to take any action to continue using your previous plan.

Today, I just received a notice that my bill for access to PS and LCR will increase by 53.91%. If you’re contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it’s much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. This nowhere addresses my price of $29.99 for the past three years, and without any email warning to raise my price by $30.00 in August 2024. I have access to all the same daman game online links that are being sent, which state that the price was being raised $5.00 to $59.99 last November 2023.

I’m particularly interested in that failure to increase your cost after the first year and wonder if the sudden price jump is a compensatory measure. If you’re unhappy about that and/or the sudden jump in price contact adobe support and see if they can explain those questions. All apps for $30/month sounds like a Student/Teacher discount. Has anyone else encountered a similar increase, and is the new price really $59.99 per month?

I redeemed the code through my Adobe account, expecting it to continue my current plan after the current period ends. The whole reason we pay a subscription model instead of a once-off fee is supposed to be for the continued development of new products and tech! It is price gouging plain and simple – and during a cost of living crisis! For the Photography plan, it’s gone from A$14.29/month to A$23.99/month! That’s not price gouging, that’s a cost of living adjustment.

Creative Cloud All Apps users have access to the new benefits included in the Creative Cloud Pro plan. Creative Cloud Standard includes the desktop apps, services, and benefits you enjoy today, but with limited access to generative AI and our web and mobile apps. As of May 15, 2025, all Creative Cloud All Apps users in North America have access to the new benefits included in the Creative Cloud Pro plan. I can only assume the increase is response to the CAD to USD.

The plans have to be exactly the same (including cc storage capacity) for them to be considered tge same. Kglad is correct, you need to apply a redemption code for the same plan type if you want to extend it. I would really appreciate any advice or help from the community or Adobe support. Unfortunately, instead of extending my existing plan, Adobe has created two separate, parallel subscriptions that include the exact same software.

Starting March 5, 2024, the price of the Adobe Creative Cloud single apps and All Apps plans will increase in Australia. Again, photography plan with annual pay had no price increase. The annual photography plan paid annually has no price increase. Even in the us the monthly paid photography plan cost increased 50%. I can’t even cancel the subscription because my plan isn’t showing up, and all adobe apps are disabled because my trial ended. You can just go for the month to month subscription, apply the cost to the overall project cost and then stop the subscription when you don’t need it.

Since Creative Cloud released in 2012, single user rates have only increased 2 times by USD $2. I don’t think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don’t spend a lot of time searching that forum list. And Adobe is buying back shares so the value of those top executives who own the bulk of the shares can increase their net worth. They aren’t all problematic, but many are (for a variety of reasons).

As of January 2025 my student price will be 36,90€ from 19,99€ so how do you like them apples? After the 12 month introductory period ends, you are billed at the regular price as agreed upon. Our monthly fees for creative cloud are increasing 100% But if you didn’t realize the plans were different, then there’s not much that can be done.

There is just no way to get an explanation from Adobe on this. Thereafter the price stabilizes except for issues explained inthat link. However, how could my plan go from $29.99 for the past three years to $59.99.
